A Ministry of Harvest Bible Fellowship
"A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels."
Counseling usually is the last resort for people with problems. There are many reasons why people don't seek counseling when distressed over a personal issue:
Don't believe counseling will help.
Afraid others may find out.
Afraid of a breach of confidentiality.
Don't want accountability.
Yet, there is no problem so great God cannot touch the wounded soul and bring healing and wholeness. Harvest Bible Fellowship offers Biblical counseling that adheres to the highest ethical standards. The truth of God's word is shard in an atmosphere of total acceptance, complete confidentiality, and Biblical guidance so that you may be healed.
"My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:
when shall I come and appear before God?"
Realizing that you need help and reaching out is 75% of the cure.
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Michael began his missionary career in the bush regions of Kenya. He taught in a Bible Institute and later became principal. Theology and Pastoral Counseling were the focuses of his teaching. Counseling the students was a large part of his ministry as well.
To make a long story short, the Lord led Michael to Nairobi to become Deputy Executive Director of the Oasis Counseling Center and Training Institute. While there he did counseling and supervised training seminars in Biblical Counseling with students from all over Africa.
Michael went to Rwanda and participated in counseling the returning refugees from the refugee camps genocide. Also, they were debriefed from all the horrific things that happended to them and the things they saw.
The Nairobi bombing of the American embassy was a monumental disaster leaving many emotionally distraught and physically injured. Michael supervised a counseling program (sponsored by USAID) that offered individuals counseling and psycological debriefings.
Michael worked as a consultant for many other "Faith Based Organizations" teaching Pastoral Counseling and Trauma and Crisis Counseling. Michael assisted in developing a Pastoral Counseling program for the International Christian Missions Bible College in Kitale, Kenya where he also taught Biblical counseling.
In 2014, Michael earned his Ph.D. in Christian Counseling and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
